The platform cost is an annual recurrent cost which is stable for the 5 year contract period. This would entail both the technical support of the system in terms of upgrades and online support

An additional one-time cost is charged for the first year related to initial set-up & implementation, including staff mobilization & stay onsite to facilitate training and software modification to meet agreed upon customizations

TRIAS also provides support in procuring IT hardware at market price and installing them on-site which are charged on actuals
